KIM, Seungsu currently is the vice governor for political affairs of

Jeollabuk-do province. He also served as the chief secretary for the governor before. 

He obtained a M.A. in political science from Chonbuk University in Jeonju.

Jeollabuk-do has a dynamic interaction with China including sister-city ties with Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, and Yunnan and it reflects the sincerity and firm intention of our two countries to steadily enhance our fruitful cooperation. He has played an important role to further international relationship between our two countries. He sees the Jeju Forum for Peace and Prosperity 2013 a very good opportunity for both our two countries to make our relationship stronger.
