Ke Yinbin is Secretary-General of The Charhar Institute, Deputy Editorial Director of Public Diplomacy Quarterly of CPPCC Foreign Affair Committee, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Charhar Public Diplomacy Series, Editor-in-Chief of Charhar Newsletter, Member of the 11th Zhangjiakou Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). 

He is also the Member of Council of China National Association for International Studies, the Deputy Director of World Chinese Business Research Center, Institute of World economics and Politics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Adjunct Professor of Center for China Mergers and Acquisitions Research, Beijing Jiaotong University. He has published 9 books and more than150 papers. His current research focuses on fields: Corporate Strategy, Multinational Company, and Corporate Public Diplomacy.
