It is my pleasure to be here to do the presentation and I'd like to begin by congratulating Mr. Zhao and president Han. For me, I have been connected to public diplomacy since 2003. According to my personal experience, I think the public diplomacy can be divided into two parts. The first part is the trust, the second one is the ability. Of course it's related to your practical experience. In the public diplomacy, there are many unavoidable conflicts and problems. In order to solve them, we must trust each other. I think the trust between human beings is the most important thing in solving problems.

In the past 10 years' work, the corporation with the Charhar Institute is the most trusted. In Korea, Gyeonggi Province takes 1/3 of the Korean economy and has large part of the population. There exist some different communication systems. President Han is also in charge here. I have strong mutual trust relationship with them. When we talk about Chinese Dream, I think we are aiming at the peace of the world. But, how to realize it? In my opinion, societies like Charhar Institute or other organizations will do a great part in it. For example, communication like today is very important. In Korea, we need more chance to communicate with China. For me, I hope to communicate with China too. If president Han agree, myself as the president of Korea International Culture Exchange Institute would like to organize such a meeting. We want to hold such seminars in Korea. The person in charge of a province in Korea also intends to organize symposiums in Korea. Thank you to the people I mentioned just now. Thank you again Mr. Zhao, Mr. Han and the other organizers.
